Nikolas had a bad past. The people of his town burned the Shadow's Manor on a dark, stormy, Halloween night because of their hatred for his family. Though Nikolas escaped, he did so not without his scars: his hands are burned, the flesh seared off. Now he never goes anywhere without gloves to cover them, and he never lets anyone get close to him. He keeps his distance from all those around him, and he feeds of of their pain.

Nikolas doesn't have any true friends at the moment. He tries so cause everyone pain, so they usually end up hating him. He doesn't mind though, as he doesn't want friends. He believes they'd just end up hurting him, not something he really wants to happen again. He's tired of being hurt, so he doesn't let anyone past the wall he's set up around his heart. It'd take one heck on a person to get close to him. But Nik does need some people that he keeps around just to make himself look good. People he doesn't always hurt, but will if he's desperate. These are the people who don't really have a crowd, the ones that tend to admire him for some strange reason, so he keeps them around.

This is just about everyone else. He doesn't try to be nice, so a lot of people hate him, specially those that he preyed on before. So yeahhh....there's a lot of people here.

Nik doesn't have any lovers. He used to be sweet on a girl in his old town, but she's gone now that he's here. I think it would be cool for someone to come along that sort of reminds him of her. She could try to figure out his past, try to get close to him, be he resist because of what she reminds him of? Could be cool but tell me your ideas too.

Lily is a sweetheart, who has never known much pain, except for when her best friend, and secret crush, Kinkade, goes away. She's a bit talkative, and craves attention. She can be a bit vindictive if you get on her wrong side, which is somewhat hard to do. I can see Lily trying to befriend Nikolas, but end up failing, and hating him instead. Or he can be completely taken aback by how kind she's being to him, and maybe eventually see a speck of light in his dark world. I like the latter better, but it's your choice.

Asher can be very...moody. He too lost his most life in a fire, his mother, father, and infant brother all perished. Only he and his sister Finndabhair survived, because they're elementals. Asher's specialty is fire, seemingly ironic because fire is the very thing that tookk away his family. Out of the two siblings, he is the good one, though it may not seem like it. Asher has a huge temper, something that is fueled by the elements that rush through his body, and quite volatile. All elementals are, along with them having superior strength, reflexes, speed, intelligence, and senses. No one knows why. They just do. I can see them either fighting, over some stupid reason, or bonding over the fire thing. But keep in mind, Ash isn't a very open person, nor is he a people person most days.

Well I like the second one two Nik is already looking for a friend as it is, he's tired of being alone. The stress of all the memories is bringing him down, and making it harder for him to stay by himself. Lilly might even remind him of a girl he knew, Melanie, so that could work out more in her favor. This should be fun

Nikolas & Asher
Could be fun, could be fun. Lots of possibilities there. Nik cold become close to him because of the fire, he could end up hating him because of the memories he brings up, or he could just outright ignore him. Nik isn't much of a people person either. Nik's reaction would all depend on how Asher responded to him really.
