::::::::::::::::: "Ring the bells that still can ring-- forget your perfect offering! There is a crack in everything...
...that's how the light gets in." ::::::::::::::::: It took a second to reply, the miniature dust-cloud created by their fall making her cough repeatedly for a few seconds. Great, dirt. Dust. The only plus was that dirt wasn't nearly as heavy as stone if it fell on you. Or as hard. However, did it really make much of a difference if one ton or two tons fell on top of you? You'd be crushed either way. "I've been better," Robin sighed honestly. Well, yeah-- she'd been better. Like, two minutes ago had been better than this. They were in a hole in the ground, so that pretty much tipped the scales from fine to 'seen-better-times.' "But I'll live." Maybe. The prospect of dying underground wasn't to appealing, though-- considering that it was much too like a coffin and such. There were so many unappealing things about being underground, one of which being that Robin's powers shrunk to the minimum in such situations. Scowling, the girl blearily sat up-- rubbing her temples-- jolt of pain fleetingly attacking her spine from the sudden movement.

Nik sat up, slowly, his head spinning. He kept his eyes closed and rested his head on his knees, pulled up to his chest. He didn't quite know what to do, as there was no light for them to go anywhere to see by. Kinda hard to go somewhere when you can't even see where you're going.
Nik coughed again, smiling at the girl's word. He hoped they would live, as he didn't have any plans to die this far under the Earth. He sat in silence, regaining his breath, letting the darkness settle over him, the dust set back done on the ground where it was supposed to be. He didn't know what they were supposed to do, and he started to wonder how long they would spend under the school.
