He was headed towards a teacher’s classroom. He had a question on his homework, and he needed the teacher’s answer. He was a smart Asian man, but apparently the American homework he was given had baffled him. Besides, geography wasn’t his thing. He had always been bad at it, and now trying to do it the American way was a challenge on top of a challenge. He continued to walk towards the classroom. He noticed that there were a lot of people around, and he was very claustrophobic. He didn’t like it. He held his head, continuing towards the classroom. As he walked, more people entered the hallway. He couldn’t handle it. He put two hands on his head, continuing to walk towards the classroom. He was near it when he suddenly couldn’t handle the amount of pressure on him. He collapsed to the ground, shaking violently and crying. Some people saw what was happening, and one student ran into the nearest classroom, which was the geography classroom. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - WORDS: 173

SHILOH we didn't start the fire it was always burning since the world's been turning
'You help people, don't you dad?' 'What do you mean?' 'Well... With your power, you can change a lot of things.' 'So can you.' 'No, dad. You can stop change.' ~~~
Shiloh, sleeping at his desk? Preposterous! Just because a person's eyes were closed and their eyes were darting behind their lids certainly did not mean they were sleeping. ... Of course, in this case, it happened to. Shiloh Malixi had his arms folded against his desk with his ear pressed against the inside of his elbow.
Comfortable, peaceful... And, just like that, he was awake. A student was telling him something- what? Boy. Hallway. Collapse. Shiloh sighed, rising from his desk before walking out into the hallway to see what the panic was about. The hallway wasn't collapsed, but a little Asian teenager was. Doing what any sane adult would do to minimize the shock factor, he froze everyone into the moment besides himself and Sai, then knelt down next to the convulsing boy.
"Hey, shh. Shh. You're okay, kid.
"The professor reassured, his tone gentle as he reached out, his fingers lightly grazing the boy's forehead, brushing his hair to the side in an attempt to keep his eyes from being obscured. Shiloh wasn't panicked, and he doubted anyone else would be any better at this than him. If the boy made a move that would be dangerous to himself or others while convulsing (not likely) Shiloh could always freeze him, too. So there was absolutely nothing to worry about. He'd just talk the kid down, maybe invite him into his classroom for some hot chocolate (curse Kinkade; he'd developed a new liking for it, in turn leaving Shi rather fond of it, too, though it wasn't winter weather).[/blockquote][/blockquote]

He was too focused on trying to get himself to stop shaking, but he wasn’t doing a very good job. He squeezed his eyes tighter together, just waiting for it to stop. He didn’t really know what else to do. He whimpered, determined not to turn into his wolf form. The others would see, and he knew that he would be made fun of already for having an episode in the hallway. He didn’t know that the man had frozen the people around him, but the words and the soothing touch comforted him. He opened his eyes and looked up to see a man, a little older than he was, putting a hand on him and shushing him. He kind of liked it. It was soothing, and it was one less person not making fun of him. His shaking went down a little, but it didn’t stop. He stopped crying, and moved closer to the man, honestly not knowing what else to do. “I-I’m sorry…” His voice was weak and soft, and it shook with his body. He really didn’t know what else to say. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - WORDS: 197

Sorry? Why was the little shaking Asian boy sorry?
"Never be sorry. There's no need.
"Shiloh insisted in correction. Never was a little strong, but the times you did need to be sorry, you were usually very aware of, making his rule void. Anyway, the more pressing matter was that the boy was moving closer to him. Closer! This was awkward. Wait, no, this wasn't awkward. Shiloh was feeling awkward. Very much so. He wasn't quick with his affections, and being affectionate to some strange boy who he was sure was in at least one of his classes was, well, simply not proper conduct. But the little boy looked so afraid and so very sad... Shiloh couldn't help it. He blamed Kinkade, as with most things he didn't approve of in his life, for why he embraced the young boy. Maybe holding the kid against his steady form would help. Or it could totally creep him out. But if it creeped him out, maybe the shaking would stop. It was worth a shot. Besides, no one would see. Absolutely nothing in this moment was changing, aside from the two of them. " Shh, kid. It's alright. I've got you. Look- it's just us. Nothing's changing. Look. Here's your moment."Shiloh insisted, keeping the boy close but gesturing out toward all the kid's frozen classmates.[/blockquote][/blockquote]

He was focused on his own feelings. He wanted to stop embarrassing himself. He still didn’t know that the professor had frozen his classmates. He never focused on anyone around him when he had his episodes. He only concentrated on him and how he felt. He figured it was selfish, but people usually made fun of him, so it was the only way that he could escape being made fun of. At least, that’s what he thought. He felt safe in the man’s arms for some odd reason, and he wasn’t sure if that was a good thing or a bad thing. He felt that it was a bit creepy, but he hoped that it would pass. He had to make it pass. The professor was the only one helping him right now, so he had to be grateful, not creeped out. He looked up as the professor spoke to him and looked out. The man was right. His classmates were frozen just as they were about to look at him. He was so glad for this professor and his power. “T-Thank you…” He really meant that. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - WORDS: 194
