Magic is the ability to manipulate the physical and/or spiritual world via non-scientific means.
Animation
Ability to bring inanimate objects to life. This objects are then put under the control of the animator. This works with many things, such as clay to create golems or even animating creatures out of pictures. A different approach to this ability is the person is able to bring someone back to life for a certain duration by touch. Once the duration is over the dead person must die again(by touch) or else the closest living thing dies for good. Please only choose one aspect of this ability.
Druidism
Druids are keepers of the world who walk the path of nature, healing and nurturing the world. To a druid, nature is a delicate balance of actions, in which even the smallest imbalance can create storming turmoil from peaceful skies. Druids draw their power from this wild energy, using it to change their shapes and command the forces of nature.
Healing
The ability to cause harm or discomfort to be negated from whatever the healer channels his power into. There are many levels of healing, not only reserved to being able to heal people physically, but of other things as well including dementia or petrification. Healers can use their powers in a variety of ways, such as laying their hands upon their subject or by merely willing it, or releasing a constantly rejuvenating aura of sorts.
Mediumship
Mediums are individuals able to communicate with people who have died and other beings not of this plane such as demons djinni and other things. Mediums can also channel through the dead, such as being able to suddenly speak Japanese because they're channeling through a dead Japanese guy, and also being able to play an instrument or shoot like an expert marksman. When channeling forces aside from the departed, they can even gain the same supernatural powers of that entity.
Necromancy
Necromancy is an all encompassing ability that pretty much deals with the magic of death. This ability allows the necromancer to summon spirits and make them do his bidding. In some works this actually allows them to physically raise the dead and control their bodies. This also allows the necromancer to wield a raw form of magical energy for a variety of purposes like magical bolts.
Shamanism
A Shaman is an individual able to commune with the spirit world and use their abilities to guide the living. What separates them from Necromancers is that they commune with the spirits that are not shades of the dead. Some shamans call it the other-place, or the other side. Though Shamans are often associated with native American spirituality, Shamans exist in a variety of cultures including African, Celtic and Asian. Shamans can use their magical abilities to invoke the ley energies of the spirit world for a variety of effects.
Summoning
Ability to summon beings, or otherworldly items (eg. weapons) for assistance. These summons come in many forms and have powers of their own. The summoner does not always have control over the summons they call on; they may vary in strength and at times a link exists between the beings summoned and summoner. The main aspect of summoning, is that it is unique to the owner. So that means, this power does not include the summoning of mundane things, such as chairs or glasses of water.
Voodoo
Voodoo possesses numerous mystical and quasi-physical powers derived from the loa, the spirit-gods of voodoo. They can easily enter into a trance-like state in which he does not feel the heat from fire and his skin becomes impervious to burning or most other injuries. Also the ever popular voodoo doll is readily available, and curses such as sicknesses.
Witchcraft/Sorcery
The ability to cast a spells, consisting of a set of words, a formula or verse, or a ritual action, or any combination of these. Spells are cast by many methods, such as by the inscription of runes or sigils on an object to give it magical powers; by the immolation or binding of a wax or clay image (poppet) of a person to affect him or her magically; by the employment of magical herbs as amulets or potions, among others.
